THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute trash. It's so terrible, it makes me want to scream. I've tried it a million instances, and it still breaks down. The quality is shoddy, and the design are stupid. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing without being embarrassed. I'm so frustrated that I wished I'd bought something usable instead. Save y
